With over 8 years of experience working in Early Childhood Education, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and supporting families. My journey began with a deep passion for children, from babysitting in my teenage years to pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. In my role as an educator and parent coach, I've had the privilege of working directly with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old, managing classrooms and guiding them through various developmental stages. Additionally, as Assistant Director of a childcare center, I've collaborated closely with parents, offering support and strategies to address behavioral challenges both in and out of the classroom. Now, as a mother of two myself, I'm delighted to share my expertise with parents, helping them develop effective strategies to navigate parenthood. I firmly believe that happy parents create happy children, and through love and support, we can make everyday life a little easier for everyone.
Parent coaching gives you practical strategies for difficult situations with your children. Together, we explore your parenting style and your child’s personality to form a plan for how to manage day-to-day life.
This can include routines, tools like calendars and checklists, behavior modification systems (like Red Light/Green Light system), scripts for what to say in hard moments, and more.
I believe parents inherently know they want a loving, nurturing relationship with their child. My parent coaching helps reduce the little frustrations that come with challenging behavior so you can spend your energy connecting with your child instead.
I specialize in helping parents with children up to the age of six years old. I can help you manage:
